REFUND POLICY
Please choose your products carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods have deemed faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to.

Special conditions:
- Where goods are deemed faulty we will supply replacements to the customer at no additional cost
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return freight costs. Items that return to Born to Party COD or collect will be refused.
- All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Where an item is not deemed faulty returns will not be allowed.
- Proof of purchase is required and must be returned with the items.
- All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of return.
- Under no circumstances can wigs, masks and hats be returned due to health regulations.
